Processing Time
All Vood candles are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances once your order has left our hands. Please refer to your tracking number for updates directly from the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Vood is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Damaged Items policy for replacement eligibility. For lost packages, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. We are happy to assist with any necessary information to help with your claim.
