Damaged Items
We know that sometimes things happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email us at [your email] with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged item and its packaging

Once we review and approve the damage claim, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you. Replacements are subject to product availability.


No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or scent preference

  • Used candles

  • Custom or limited edition products

  • Shipping delays once an order has left our hands

We kindly ask that you double check your order before placing it, including scent selection, shipping address, and quantity.

Candle Safety Warning
To prevent fire or serious injury:

  • Burn within sight.

  • Keep away from things that catch fire.

  • Keep away from children and pets.

  • Trim wick to ¼" before lighting.

  • Burn on a heat safe surface.

  • Do not burn more than 4 hours at a time.

  • Stop use when ½" of wax remains.


Candle Burning
Burning a candle for more than 4 hours can cause the wick to mushroom, leading to an unstable flame, excessive soot, or glass overheating and cracking. This shortens your candle’s lifespan and poses safety risks. For a clean, even burn and safe experience, always follow the 4 hour burn rule.
